KC Craine is a fingerstyle guitarist, singer, songwriter and producer from Portland, Oregon. He was selected as a finalist in the 2019 Great American Song Contest.
KC was once almost famous as the leader of the late-80's San Francisco band KC Craine and the Conditions and shared the stage with acts like Huey Lewis and the News, Jefferson Starship and Eddie Money. He was signed to Blue Heron Records.
Now he's better known in the Portland music scene as a familiar live performer, composer and producer. He is the author of the book the First Time Guitar Buyers Guide.
His compositions have been used in national television and film, including the Warner Bros syndicated TV show "Smallville" and the documentary film "Hineni" from WGBH in Boston.
You can see KC perform solo as well as with his band Bridgetown. He is one half of the power-folk duo Craine and Price.
