BIOGRAPHY

KC Craine is a guitarist, singer, songwriter and producer from Portland, Oregon.  He was selected as a finalist in the 2019 Great American Song Contest.
 
KC was once almost famous as the leader of the 1980's San Francisco band KC Craine and the Conditions and shared the stage with acts like Huey Lewis and the News, Jefferson Starship and Eddie Money. He was signed to Blue Heron Records.
 
Now he's better known as a guitar instructor, producer and composer, and the author of the book the First Time Guitar Buyers Guide.

His compositions have been used in national television and film, including the TV show "
Smallville" and the documentary film "Hineni" directed by Irena Fayngold from WGBH in Boston.

KC Performs solo as well as with his band
Bridgetown. He is one half of the power-folk duo Craine and Price.
